What had become another “problem” property for an out of town investor who no longer wished to be a land lord ‘up north’. He didnt contact us, we again identified his property whilst business generating in this area. We noticed his properties were empty and looked in a poor state of repair. He rang us back telling us his situation and that ideally he wished to sell. We made that possible, with one of our cash buyers offering within 24 hours of us getting an instruction to sell!
