Another property that was du8e to be coming vacant, with a Landlord reconsidering his options. He decided that he wanted to sell his property, however didnt want a long drawn out process, especially with it becoming vacant. He came to us requesting we sell his property FAST! And sell it FAST we did! The property had a sale agreed on a single viewing, and went through swiftly (4 weeks). Another JOB DONE!
