The properties (one let and one vacant) had been owned by this owner for some time so they hadn’t sold properties before. They came to us to receive a swift stress-free service with minimal disturbance to their tenant in one of the properties. We sale agreed the properties within a matter of hours, and they completed with minimal fuss at the convenience of the vendor who wanted each sale to go through at two different months.
