This one had been a mild headache for this owner for a while, who had then decided it was time to cash in. A long serving tenant had to be vacated (as the property needed considerable work) so the process was delayed however we overcame all objections and issues to finally secure the sale completion to the satisfaction of all parties. When properties are being sold not everything is straight forward, its how you react and handle the issues that is the key bit!
