A gentleman contacted us after receiving one of our proactive mail outs about his empty property. He hadnt actually known it was empty, biut it later came out that the tenant had moved out a week or so earlier. On deciding to sell, we guaranteed it would be a swift process, and we would be able to place the property with a cash buyer all but instantly. We did exactly this. A few delays cropped up in the process due to legalities around the title but when these were resolved the property sale completed all but instantly!
