We were contacted by an out of town investor (courtesy of our proactive approach) who had hit bad times with their investment property due to some uncaring tenants who had caused the properties condition to decline. They wished to sell the property vacant, swiftly and without issue or delay. We ticked all their boxes with the sale completing just over 4 weeks later! Another great job by the team!
