Not a common instruction for us, being in the Centre of Middlesbrough, as those usually go to our Sister company Progression Property. However this client had this and some other properties in County Durham, so this came to us as part of the portfolio. We agreed a sale and sold swiftly with the sale completing without issue. Another great result for the team and a happy vendor.
