Another sale for a regular client who wished to vastly reduce the size of his portfolio, which we have been lucky enough to be able to assist with. This is the 5th property that we have successfully sold for this client, and he no doubt will be coming back to us again in the future. This time it was a semi detached property, with gardens front and rear. The buyer was again cash, and bought it vacant. We always do fantastically well in this locality.
