A friend of the Director offered us a rare disposal as he wished to free up some funds and trim his vast portfolio. The pressure was on to do a good job. We agreed a sale within 24 hours for more than what the Vendor actually expected and again the sale went through is the blink of an eye (5.5 weeks), with the buyer being CASH and not having any survey or valuation! We love nothing better than over achieving and exceeding Vendor expectations
