We were approached by a landlord who wished to dispose of two units without upsetting the tenants he had had in place for several years. The properties were not to be marketed publicly, and he didn’t want endless “tyre kickers” disturbing his tenants. He was dubious if we could assist under such restrictions. The result?? Both sale agreed, on the back of a single viewing, to a cash buyer, who retained the tenants, and we only had to access the properties once throughout the whole process. Another superb result!! The Vendor got what he requested, and we did what we set out.
