Another new client to us, who hadn’t used us before. They had had issues with other ‘standard’ Estate Agents previously, mainly connected with long drawn out processes which they didn’t want on this one. We achieved a ‘sale agreed’ in a couple of hours to a CASH BUYER, who only utilised having ‘searches’ so no surveys or renegotiating etc etc. Another great result by the team in Coiunty Durham!
