A property that had been in a family for some time. There had long been plans to redevelop however it never happened and ultimately the owners decided to sell up to produce funds for a refurbishment plan on another house they owned to make it suitable to be their long term family home. We agreed a sale to a cash buyer in less than 24 hours and it sailed through to completion with the minimal of fuss within 5 weeks! Another great job by the team
