A client who had fallen foul of being in a chain previously. We told them we could sell the property swiftly for them to a buyer who was CASH and would buy without causing an issue and who would fit in with their onward chain purchase. We agreed an offer for a higher price than was previously listed for with a ‘traditional Agent’ and the sale completed without problem at a time that suited our clients onward move!! Job done and done well… again
